Our Mission is - to provide a focus for voluntary work by promoting and developing volunteering as a valuable experience that makes a real difference to the life of the community and to the lives of the volunteers who represent all sections of our local community.

We will help interested local people choose a kind of volunteering that will be satisfying for them as well as benefiting the community life of Sandwell.

We believe that -

volunteering is a valuable and essential way of improving the quality of community life.everyone has the right to volunteer, without experiencing discrimination or pressure.the Volunteer Centre has a responsibility to inform an advise volunteers appropriately and sensitively.

We feel that volunteers deserve support and recognition for their wider contribution to their chosen organisations and for their contribution to their communities.
